I think that barndoor's Schwinn is the tallest freakin' bike that I've ever seen. It looks like the seat should come up to my chest!

*edit* Nope, Yao Ming's bike is taller.. lol

Bike ≠ Car ≠ Ped.

Maybe a little less true in junior corps, but definitely true in senior corps.

My first Roadie (most likely my only roadie for awhile too) I just picked it up today!
Sadly I also fell because of the clipless...... I clipped out on my right foot but my bike leaned to the left and i went down....
now I have a big bump on my knee cuz I was protecting my new baby.
can't wait till my test week is over so i can ride for a couple of hours

I finally got around to taking a picture of my first bike I got at the end of last month, 06 Felt F80 105 shifters and rear der. and a Tiagra front der. I got it on clearance at the LBS for 650, and he tossed in pedals and shoes for a total of 700.

but i think it's better have my first fall in my friends driveway than on a street.
the bike looks a bit different than what that one looks like. i'll put up a pic later when i get my hands on a digital camera, i think it looks much better this way with new tape and seat. the new seat isn't just for looks the old one made my butt and nether regions go numb in like 15-20mins this new seat got rid of that problem.

^Love that Aliante. I would have picked up a Cinelli if I didn't get a deal on my Wilier!

Bike ≠ Car ≠ Ped.
A word to the wise though, move your cyclecomputer's sensor to the front of the fork, as you have it now if it gets bumped towards the wheel the rotation of the spokes will drag it inwards, whereas if it's on the front of the fork the spokes would tend to knock it back outboard.
Actually, I wanted to post again to say this:
I don't throw around the word very often, but... there are a lot of genuinely beautiful bikes on here. What a neat thread.
(as if 260-something posts can be merely a "thread"

I like the look of the oversized font on the white Cinelli bike.
