What road bike do you have?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

They're Cinelli Giro d' Italia Bars, which have an extremely shallow drop (and, from what I understand, not designed for that style of shifter/brake lever). That's as high as I can reasonably mount them. I have since rotated the bars up a few degrees (looks much prettier that way in the pic) so it's a bit more standard now.

Well that sucks. I would be pi**ed if my camera(s) ever got stolen. If you ever want to unload that leMond, let me know.

Cheers,

Brian

Hi clitchy,

Thanks for kind words.

Been working on the "collection" for a while and the only thing that's missing is a fixie for the road.

I see, well if it gets too uncomfortable you should check out the Nitto Classic handlebar. They have a very elegant look to them and are a bit more accepting of ergo shifters.

Well, that and I haven't finished it yet, I'm still waiting on a few items, and deciding on a crank.

Yeah, I have one that I could use(swapping it out for Dura Ace on another bike), but I don't really want to use a compact. And I'm thinking more Chorus Ultra Torque, which is a much nicer crank. But at the same time, it seems pretty stupid of me to spend more money I don't have when I already do have more than enough cranks(and other gear) lying around waiting to be used.

I love non-celeste Bianchis!! Those look like some deep drop bars.
