P.S. adding up the claimed weights of components doesn't actually equal the weight of your bike.

The Fuso is done. Amazing bike to ride. The Pedal Force RS is light and carbon and all that but there really is no comparison in the ride quality. I would best describe it as the Pedal Force feels hollow on the road vs. this bike is solid. Informal weight is in the 19.5 lb but the bike simply feels lighter on the road and up the hills. I promise to find a nice white garage but for now in front of my closet will do.

Fuso 53cm FR1 circa 1991
Deda 215 42cm anatomic bars
Nitto Dynamic 9cm stem
WCS 27.2x300 alloy post
Chorus brifters, cranks (50/36) cassette (11-25) derailleurs, chain
Mavic brakes. These guys are skitzo stopping power compared to anything I've used before.
Team Toupe saddle
Continental Ultra Race 700x23
Excel sports Swiss Threat wheelset. Hubs are darn quiet compared to Mavic
Bike Ribbon vinyl tape
Keo Carbon. Campy says you're not supposed to use Keo pedals on their cranks since they save weight by having a shorter thread on the spindle.

Upgraded my stem, handle bar and seat post. Changed the color of my tape. I have to re-do it because I
didn't finished it properly.
I will be replacing my wheel set pretty soon.

shedding fat
Aside from the eye sore of a saddle, that is one gorgeous machine. Love it, even despite the saddle

Updated pic. Replaced the Arione I've been riding for 2.5yrs due to comfort issues the past several hundred miles. Demo'd a Toupe from the LBS and it took one ride to know it was perfect, so after today's ride I stopped by and got one.

Vanity time: I'm stuck at work, and I felt like abusing the facilities. Here are the results.
On the roof of my office building. If you really wanted to stalk me, this would be sufficient to find me on google earth.

And obviously, IN my office. Well, data center. I like this one because it makes my head hurt to look at it. Yet, I can't stop looking at it.

And there's a lot more where those came from. https://www.practicalalchemy.org/~ner...naAlbum/small/ If you're bored, puruse, and tell me what you like and what you don't.

Jamis Quest Limited Edition. Reversed paint scheme, Ultegra instead of 105 (except the crankset), Easton instead of everything else. And yes, I use cages.
