That eleganza bar tape looks cool, but it has a 'tacky' feel to it. Some don't like it because of that. It can be tricky to wrap too, although I didn't have too much trouble when I used it last year.

Here's a rebuild I've done to a Nashbar Frame' cheapy aluminum frame. It's now built up with mostly Campagnolo Mirage 10-speed componentry, but with a Xenon RD (bought very cheap from PBK), and a Shimano 600 FD (works great!).
Fork is carbon from Chucks Bikes (bought about 2 years ago).
Headset is a Stronglight Headstrong 1 inch.
The front wheel is a Supergo Korso, and the rear is a Performance Bike Titan.
Stem is an old Ritchey Pro (1 inch), and the seatpost is a Titec. Handlebars are Titec Malone.
Saddle is a Rolls ;-)
I've only be out on it once so far, but it rides well, and should be great as a training/bad weather bike.

New Ti Ride
Just accidentally scored an awesome new bike this afternoon. Took my Madone in to the LBS for some maintenance this afternoon. Seems they had just put out a bunch of Seven Cycles bikes on clearance. Demos mostly. Some carbon bikes, several of Seven's gorgeous carbon/Ti mixes, and one full Ti Axiom model. Happened to be my size. Interesting bike. Its a 2001 model Axiom frame set. The Owner built it up a couple years ago as a demo. Full 10 speed Dura-Ace, Chris King headset, Richey carbon fork, Richey stem and ergonomic bars, Selle Italia SLR saddle. Has about 1,000 miles on it. Bontrager Race X Lite wheels with new Race Lite AC Hard Case tires. I rode it for an hour and absolutely fell in love with it. Paid $1,999 for it. Kind of like getting the frameset half price, and all the components for free. Sold as new, so its got full warranty. Couldn't really pass it up. Rides like a dream.

Thx. I didn't really need another bike, but for that price, i could part it out and come out ahead. of course I won't - its an awesome bike. Now I need the legs to justify having it.

My Specialized Allez Pro

Here's my first road bike. I tried to do the best I could as far as OCP picture taking rules go. I know, the stem isn't flipped. I started with it all the way up, then moved it down two spacers, next week (after about 300 miles) I'll move it back up but flip it.
