Here's my new rig. The fit is pretty dialed. Will more than likely drop the stem in a couple weeks. The wheels are temporary.
I love the new Antares saddle...it's the best on the market IMHO. The fream and fork have never been ridden...just happen to be a year old or so. SRAM Red is great as always. The RotoR Q-Rings are like cheating...I love them and swear by them. I recommend them for all types of riders.

Colnago Master X Light (Saronni Red of course) with full Campagnolo Super Record, Fulcrum Racing Zero Tubular wheels. ITM Colnago pantographed seatpost and deda elemnti stem/bar w/Colnago cork tape. Colnago Prologo saddle. Anything else would be uncivilized.

My new entry level road bike (Giant Defy 3):

She's not much (Sora components), but I just took her on a 8 mile ride and she felt damn good. Although, I'm pretty sure at this point people are going to tell me to flip the stem. . .

It looks like you got lucky on that bike. Giant accidentally shipped out the first few batches of the Defy 3 with a carbon seatpost instead of an alloy.
Kind of a cool mistake, but better than a bad one. I've sold a lot of those, everyobdy loves them.
