What road bike do you have?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I've got a 2011 Trek Madone 4.7, with a SRAM Force drivetrain 34/50 12-28, Red shifters and Bontrager Race X-Lite wheels with R3 tires and Look Keo-Max2 pedals.
I love this thing.

I'm short and the bike's a 51. Two cages don't allow me to get it on and off the bike rack easily. So, bottles behind. And if anyone's thinking about getting them, get the Profile Design; they don't bounce out like another brand I know.

Just got this in a couple weeks ago, a Bianchi Via Nirone 7 105:

my first road bike and I'm loving it! I commute with it, I climb mountains with it, go get coffee with it.. it serves all my needs quite well

oh and as you can see from the third pic I ditched the white tires it came with. Seriously, white tires? Not white sidewalls, rather white on the tread. They looked like this when I carefully brought it home from the bike shop without touching the tires on the ground: https://farm6.static.flickr.com/5058/...17975625_b.jpg

Not close to the other bikes in the thread but changed frames due to my epic beginning to creak from the seat-tube..

2001 Trek 1000

Components are mostly old 105 but with dura-ace 7700 derailleurs. Wheelset is xero xr-1 16 spoke front/20 spoke rear with 30mm rim depth. Only about 700-800 miles on them so far but i have been really satisfied.

My first build - CAAD5

I've posted in the CAAD Cult as well, but would like to share with None-CAAD folks as well. Someone mentioned to me that I MUST use a spacer above the stem to prevent steer tube crack, but I've seen many of your bikes without the spacer, but simply a top cap. What is the correct way?

Thanks
-Jeff

Once you throw some ZIPP 303s on that puppy, you'll have the quintessential BF bike. By the way, it's sweet!
