I have posted this picture before, but it was a long time ago. I post it again you can see and compare.

Here is how it looks now:

The biggest upgrade is Psimet wheels set. I had only one ride on them, but they are smooth like butter and light like feather. New Continental GP 4000s tire on front wheel. It was no need to replace both tires, the front moved on rear wheel.
Sora FD has gone, I had bad luck with it. It was rubbing the chain and needs to be adjusted every two weeks. Now I have 105 FD, no problem so far.
The seat went up. I also have new seat bag, because the old one was too wide, and it started to rub against my bibs. Lost hand pump for CO2 in the bag.
New stem is shorter: 80mm stem instead 110mm. It was flipped and put all the way down. I also like it is white, not black.
New Fizik bar tape. New Sigma 1909 computer. I don't like though how it is sits on the steam, because there is not enough space to push the button.
New cassette 12-26, instead of 12-28.
Last, but not the least: the bottle holders. i just started to hate how wire bottle holders look like, and replaced them with plastic ones.
and another pic:

I believe I am done with upgrades on this bike, the only thing I would change is the black seat, to coordinate color scheme with stem and bar tape. But my current seat is good, no reason to replace it.
What do you think?

I think it's a beautiful bike and you cut your stem too short if you need your bars pointed up like that. I would get more compact looking bars as it looks like you are not quite sure where you want your hands.

Central Michigan University. Its outside of my JRN423, multimedia production class. Its a special lab that is set up slightly like a office board room with a huge conference style middle seating area and macs all around the walls. Two large projectors up front for video / photo critique. I enjoy it!

Thanks! But the stem size is working fine for me, I have to stretch more on hoods if the bars are tilted more down. The frame size is 51, the seat is moved all the way forward + shorter stem. But probably I needs smaller frame and longer stem. I am short 5'6" (170cm)

Awesome Ridley! Great color combo, wheels and slammed stem! I wish there was a way to keep the chain properly lubed and gold all the time.

That Ridley bike looks like it's so fast by itself that putting a wimpy human on it would be an insult. If you're riding something that looks that fast you can't let anyone pass you I guess.
