Hence the title of budget build. The wheels on this bike cost me $70 total. I'll get new wheels when I'm not a poor college student anymore.
I eat carbide.

I'll add the following - as a builder I build with whatever I can reasonably source. ENVE is a premium carbon offering that I have been building with for a few years. It has never been my position to re-brand or re-label product like a lot of other builders do. In addition I know I can far benefit more from the work that ENVE has put in.
The decals are the style that are all the rage right now....not meaning the design but the process. They are premolded and then placed into the molds when the rim is made. This bonds it into the carbon matrix. They aren't coming off. Most builders are going this way. I chose not to go that way on the last rim I did the mold for. Instead we molded a p into it.....
. Just wait.

^^^ Bianchi and Campy go together like peanut butter and chocolate. That's really cool.

Trek Madone 5.2 (2006)
This is old Trek Madone 5.2 (2006) with the unloved aero-seat tube with stock Bontrager Race-X-Lite fork. At least mine is with "unique" seat tube.
When engine/I get better, I'll swap the parts onto better frame and fork (had found good deal on full DA7900 build kit with wheels). Or if engine really that better I'll just get whole new road bike and make this my backup.
Frame is 58cm
Full DuraAce 7900 group with Gore RideOn cables
Easton EA90SLX wheels with Conti 4000s tires
3T ARX stem
3T Ergonova Team bar
Selle Italia SLR gel flow saddle
Ritchey carbon superlogic seatpost
Arundel chrono cage (aerobottle left off pic)
Cateye V3 cyclometer
total weight as pictured 16.7 lbs (certainly no weight weeenie but ok for low-end frame)

yea.. come to think of it.. i didn't realize it was that far back.
but its comfortable riding it though..
so probably need to get a seatpost with more setback? if so, how to measure to know how much more setback i need?
the seatpost i have now has a 25mm setback.
