What road bike do you have?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I'll play. My traitor exile.

Got frame as a gift last year. Spent the last few months picking up parts for it. Finally done. Really happy with how it rides. Smoooooth. Tips the scales just around 18lbs. Pretty happy with the build.

53 Traitor Exile
Red shifters and crank
Force derailleurs
tektro long reach brakes (wanted the silver version, but the black was all my lbs had in stock)
neuvation R28 aero rims
Veloflex master 23s with latex tubes
San Marco concor supercorsa saddle (heavy but comfy as hell)
fsa compact wing bars
VO orange tall stack stem
shimano 105 pedals

Here's my new build: a custom titanium frame with Campagnolo Centaur components. Built it a week and a half ago, been grinning ever since...

Love the titanium frame. But the overly long headtube and stem just isn't working for me.

A nice bike overall

Thanks for the feedback, e_guevara. What would you do about the stem?

S-Works Tarmac SL3 (2011)
upgraded from a 2012 Specialized Tarmac Comp for frame and groupset (all red)

After less than 1000km did not see a great difference,
(I did however notice a light-years-ahead difference when upgraded from Giant TCR C2 as all carbon, to the specialized one)

IN other words on my level, at this point it hard to justify the S-Works price tag

But,

Sram Red - nice
Wheels are a bit part,
using deep dish but low-end carbons, probably in the pic I will submit,
but went for the C24 9000 Dura Ace and am loving it, there is a thread I started on this topic.

Change it it something black to match the saddle and the tape. I would also recommend changing the seat post to a black one as well. Carbon perhaps?

I never really paid attention to them. But, now that I look closer, they're sorta uneven and ugly. I also have new pedals/shoes coming, too. So far, it's been an awesome bike. I really like the feel of the bike and can ride for miles without aches. I'm new to cycling and was worried I would get sore quickly. But, no complaints
