No offense, BUT that was my dream bike at one time. Now I'll need to wash my eyes out with gasoline.

Bikes: I ride a Felt B16, 56cm. I am also building a bike. I started with a Schwin Phocus 1400 frame and have upgraded everything to Shimano Claris parts with a dual action shifter/brake.

I have no idea what kind of bike this is. I picked it up from a friend for cheap. I would love to know what type of bike it is so I can find out more about it...

If it's a real dawes, they were a pretty decent original brand. BD sells bikes branded as dawes now. They are still fine bikes for the money. Bsaically general geometry steel/aluminum w/ carbon road bikes.

Um, it's a dawes. Probably came from bikesdirect. Don't let that dissuade you, they're great bikes for the money.

Finally finished my first build, Pedal Force CG2 I bought during the group buy last year. Complete Rival group with a Force BB30 crank, Neuvation R28sl wheel set with Michelin Pro4 tires. Did 50 miles Saturday, so far so good. sorry for the crappy iPhone pic.

My 2012 Specialized Roubiax Pro SL3, with Ultegra 6700, Mavic Ksyrium SLR Wheels. Wish I had some money to get the Dura Ace, but I guess it can wait.
Apologies for the messy background.

That just looks off. The wheels don't go w/ the frame at all. Function over form I guess.
