I'm a big fan of Sram... had Rival on my '09 5.2 and fell in love with sram in general. I test rode quite a few bikes while shopping and really liked the new Raleigh Revenio 3.0. I would have gone with that, but the Ultegra group on it was a deal killer for me (no offense to Ultegra fans!). To me, the Sram is more comfortable.
I have a friend who rode a campy setup for many years and miles; his new Kestrel came with Sram Force and he adapted quickly and is loving the Sram setup now. He said he does miss the thumb shifter sometimes...
That said, I wouldn't mind having a DI2 setup at all!! Pretty sweet from what I've read, I could get used to the hoods.

Some nice rides on this page. Starting to look like the Hot or not thread. lol.
Calgary, Whitez. Chelm, Chil2, and Racman: Those are all super nice rides. Rac, love the stealth of the that Spec-Rob. With even deeper wheels and no decals, or the blacked out version would make that bike as stealth as it gets.

a recent crash on my Miyata has my 1982 Gazelle Champion Mondial's restoration put to a halt.

the shape of the hood just seems to work better with a bar that has a nice flattish transition such as the 100's and similar bars such as the SL3 etc. especially if i want to lay my wrists on top of the and my let my hands and fingers follow the contour over the top. it seems that on the trek the owner has pitched the bars up a fair bit so they can get the similar flat transition.

My road bike is a 1987 Schwinn Tempo...pretty much everything is still completely original. My boss found it in her garage when she moved into her house, and gave it to me. I'm saving up for a modern ride that fits me better, but I definitely have quite a bit of fun on the Schwinn...even when I'm fighting 20 mph winds and driving rain, like today.

My old fella, He has his moments and is not the most reliable or fastest, however he makes for a great relaxed ride and is fun on downhills, he dont like going up them though what with the lack of gears and heavy frame, but hes built like a tank.
Dont know much about it as there are no marks whatsoever on the Rims / brakes / other components that I can see so I have no idea what components are on it.
All I know is its a ryenolds still frame and made by falcon (a British company I think?.)
I have no idea if its worth anything? but highly doubt it?
anyways I have changed the saddle and put a cover over the new saddle and put in new tubes / tires / bartape, and also removed the straps on the pedals known as clips?
If anyone can tell me anything about it thatd be good but otherwise Im not too bothered.
so here he is:
