new member of the family, via Craigslist: 2006 Giant OCR C3
I think it's mostly stock, except for my SMP Pro saddle, and M505 pedals (which is fine because I wear MTB shoes).
Also, the front DR is Ultegra, but Bikepedia says it should be 105, like the other running gear.
Anyway, it's my first carbon. The back end is cushy, but there is some tingle in the bars. It's a good climber (I'm a pretty casual rider, not very strong)--I couldn't get it into the low ring, but climbed some hills much easier than with other bikes in lower gearing.
All in all, it's a happy ride for me.

New (to me) bike:

2000 Trek 5200 USPS team colors, with Mavic Ksyrium Elite wheels, Ultegra/Dura Ace drivetrain, and Bontrager Race X Lite CF bars and seatpost. It's my first CF-framed bike. I'm fully digging it and I have NO idea why I resisted for so long, heh.
Sorry the filtered pic, it's from my Instagram.

Colnago seatpost
Deda Superleggero Stem
Deda Zero 100 bars

I just finished this build, and took it for its first ride today. It's a 1996 Litespeed Classic. I bought the used frame from a Bikeforum member 5 years ago, took one year to source the parts (vintage 2009), then let everything sit in my basement until a few weeks ago when I decided that it was finally time to get it completed. I'm very pleased with the result, especially since I put it together myself.

as in... a wine vintage, I guess, LOL.
It took from 2008 through 2009 to painstakingly find good deals on the mostly NOS and some lightly used parts that I wanted, then life got in the way, and everything sat in my basement untouched for the next four years.

Vintage Reynolds 531 frame and Mavic GL330 Tubulars, the rest is all modern. Even had some fun with the custom paint. Sram RED/Rival group.
Weighed in at only 7.445kg (16lb 6.6oz.) Rides like a dream.
