Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Naw, I'm far from a pro photographer... I'm just messin' around with some of my speedlights... I probably could've done a lot better with my Alienbees, but I was to tired (from the ride), to set it all up.

Thanks! I wish I was an investment banker, I'd have a Porsche and a Range Rover if I was! Those rides are just a product of hard work and smart saving.

It's actually a mini tripod. A lot of people use it for P&S cameras, I use it for my flash when I want to do off the camera flash lighting.

My birthday present to myself, been saving for it since last year
I was originally looking at the Tarmac Comp from last year, but this year's Elite was cheaper, and has the 8r carbon instead of the 6r, and less flashy Specialized logos everywhere

Nice Tarmac indeed! I was in a similar situation. I had looked at a 2009 Tarmac that was on clearance at a LBS in the bay area (mainly because of the color, I loved the blue color), but then was able to score a 2010 Tarmac for about the same price. Score
