Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

My Scott CR1

I finally got around to posting pictures on the web. I might be behind the times. All my bikes ar purposefully built, everything part on them is there for a reason. No need to describe check the pics.

It takes a bit of practice to wrap nicely, but it's not too difficult. If your worried about your vintage tape try practice wrapping with something cheaper until you get the feel of it.

Just got my new rig all set up and took it out to ride a couple days ago. very nice. Still need to trim the steerer tube though, just getting things dialed in still.

Posted earlier, but have done a few upgrades since then. The wheels
are build around White Industries hubs. Weight 1266 grams (scaled)
Not bad at all for a 28 / 24 spoked set of wheels

Lectron, where did you get those H1 hubs at, and for how much? I've been looking and can't find them around.
