What Cycling Insoles do you use?
Have sworn by New Balance "ABZORB+" insoles forever, but the new shoes are too snug for 'em... something customizable would be sweet... ideas?

I've been using Sole Heat Moldable Insoles for about a year now. Haven't had any knee pain since. They are warmed in a low temp oven, then placed in your cycling shoe for a minute or so while you stand and form them. They also can be re-formed a few times if required. They fit in my SIDI's without trimming. Cost me about $35.

+1 on the Specialized footbeds...Way better then the stock insole that came with my Sidi's...

Making a kilometer blurry
I don't wear insoles.
When I wore out the stock ones in my Sidis, I never replaced them, and didn't notice any impact on comfort. My Nikes had dual compound insoles, were you could easily feel the ridge around the cleat bolts (wtf were they thinking), so I yanked them on day 1. Again, no comfort issues.

Been using SuperFeet gray's the last month and they make a huge difference. I had been using my Sidi's with the stock insole and decided to give the SuperFeet a shot and am glad I did. Now I need to lower my seat a touch to compensate.

I take the insoles from my old sneakers (not worn out, just older that i don't wear anymore). I put some of those in my road shoes and they're great. I've also used the Dr. Scholls insoles with memory foam with pretty good results in my MTB (commuting) shoes with good results too.

I have used Sole Heat Moldables for quite some time. I use them in my casual/dress shoes to help with my arch pain/PF on my right foot. Quality product that I recommend.

I purchased them at Pricepoint.com, Sole Custom Footbeds Slim Sport. However, I see, looking at my receipt that shipping was $6.50, and they added another $1.50 for insurance. Lately, I notice that online vendors, especially those from Ebay are adding exorbitant amounts for shipping.
Looking at some jerseys this morning on Ebay I noticed that an Australian outfit was shipping to the US for about $8, which is less than some companies charge who ship within the US. Oh well, US shipping charges are a rant for another thread.

also, if you like a specific insole, take it with you when you try on your next pair of shoes. like i said above, some insoles take up at least a half size or so, and may make a shoe that you really like a bit snug...

I tried the esole and they did not work for me in my sidi dominators. The big toe gets more pressure because of the back / arch area.
I really think that esole oven baking routine is gimmicky.

But Five one six is right--the Specialized shoes just come with the + footbed. I switched mine out to the ++ (blue) version which work very well for my feet.

Have been on Superfeet Grey for the last year. Going to pick up my custom carbon fiber orthotics today.
