Help me find a new saddle! Please!
Hey guys, I'm looking for some input for a new saddle. Here's my rundown as a rider -
6ft, 185lbs
Sitbones width - 140
Average Rides - Weekends 30 miles or so, with an occasional half century at least once a month
Bike - Giant OCR
Ride positioning - normally on the brifters, drops on a good day
What I have now - Selle Italia slr Gel Flow (too narrow)
Now, I like the Specialized Avatar Gel. Feels rather comfy, but almost too comfy. The Alias & the Toupe are a little too firm for my tastes. Does Selle Italia make something wider than what I have now with a bit more give (read padding)? Any other suggestions? I have tried Brooks in the past, & they're just not for me. Any input would be great! Thanks!

Was gonna say...I have a Toupe I could sell ya.
I switched from a Toupe to a Fizik Aliante. Pricey, but night and day for me...well maybe dusk and day. Either way, lots more comfy and a lot more padding. I almost thought too much, but it's not if you get your position correct.
