Please. Just yell at me. I'm begging you.
In reference to this BF classic:
https://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...04861#poststop
If the alternative is listening to you explain something over and over, something that I understand conceptually but just need a more practice on...and then have you explain it again...repeat yourself once more. Yes, I'll do that next time...OK...one more time through...here's what I'm saying...ENOUGH ALREADY! You could have solved this much more easily by just yelling "Stop f***ing speeding up at the front!"
Please. Just yell. I'm begging you.
(in my defense, I thought the 'strong guy' two in front of me was really hitting the gas and I was just trying to keep up -- but if you say I was accelerating off the front, I guess I'll accept it -- the point is that one yell is a lot easier than droping off the back and giving a whiny, five minute lecture later)

This is not what I was doing, as we were doing a 'rulleskift' -- one continuously rotating line (a 'chain' as they call it here -- at the risk of incriminating myself by not knowing the correct terminology). Move to the front, pull over, lighten up, drift to the back, wash, rinse, repeat. I was accused of accelerating when the guy in front of me pulled off. I claim extenuating circumstances, in that the guy two in front of me, and therefore the guy in front of me, did the same thing, which made it difficult (especially on hilly terrain) to figure out what the 'constant' pace was supposed to be.
But instead of making too many excuses, I will gladly plead 'nolo contendre', if it will just stop the whining...

If you haven't read "Half Wheel Hell," it's really good.

Adams Trail-a-Bike is the most popular.
I have a 6-spd Burley Piccolo, which is super stable. We always have to leave it in the highest gear though, and my son only gets to contribute when we're under 17mph or so. I wanted to replace the chainring, but it's part of the crank, so that just gets cumbersome. But I digress...

Except I want mine to have a large flesh-colored marital aid affixed to that boom-arm.
