Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

They'll probably fit but may not be compatible with a Shimano drivetrain, which I'm guessing you probably have.

Possible?
Of course.

Cost effective and practical?
probably less so. (don't know the price for the rim/where you would find it as a stand alone)

I'm pretty sure I've seen some online shops selling some Campy wheels with Shimano-compatible hubs. You can look into that. You can see if your local shop can just replace the freehub part of the rear hub with a Shimano-compatible freehub unit. Or, you can stay with Campy hubs and outfit your rear derailleur with a Jtek Shiftmate.

Basically, you can make it work if you're so inclined.
