Pure V Stealth saddle?
 

Does anyone know if http://classifieds.roadbikereview.co...ct=3637&cat=10 these are any good? I'm looking for a new, harder saddle to replace the gel one that came with my used bike. 25 dollars for a saddle is definitely within my price range.

i have the same one on my mountain bike. it is pretty awesome. that looks like a great price!

but will it be good for distance biking? im doing my first century in a few weeks and i need something that will hold up

i don't really consider it a road seat. i don't know what to tell you.i only sit down on it for much shorter mtb'ing. it is still a great price though!

I had one on my mountain bike, but I never went for more than 25 miles on it. I wouldn't go buy a used saddle off the internet 2 weeks before a century and expect it to work. That saddle has a curve to it that would probably keep you from being able to move around and change your position much, which is kind of important on a long ride.

any recommendations on a cheap, quality saddle for extended riding 2hrs+?
