Tour points system question
 

With all these eliminations, what happens to their points? I know the stage wins go to the guy in second, but do the points get redistributed?

Chicken withdrew, so I don't think his points go to anyone else.

Rasmussen's points stay the same,as stated, because he withdrew, rather than testing positive.

The stage Vino tested positive in, and subsequent stages get recalculatedo without Vin, but not the remainder of Astana.

Same answer for the Cofidis guy to the extent he had any.
