I don't have any pictures of mine right now, but I have an 09 Allez Elite.
I have replaced the stock brakes and crankset with Sram Force.
I also have Easton EA90 SLX wheels on it.
Other minor upgrades are a Ritchey WCS logic 4 axis 44 stem and ritchey pro logic II bar.
Carbon seatpost and specialized Toupe saddle.
These upgrades get the weight down to about 16.5 to 17 pounds.

2009 Allez Sport, Top of Bear Mountain, last time it looked like that.
Currently has Soul 4.0 wheels and an Ultegra-SL 53/39 crank. Rides like different bike.

Here's my 2004 Allez Elite. It has upgraded pedals, a shorter stem, and the usual accessories (lights, pouch, computer).

2006 Allez Sport Triple
Fork was warrantied with a full composite unit (crown/steerer)
Wheels are 2010 Bontrager RXLs
Crank is 105 with Ultegra rings (just wanted a 52 big ring)
Rear Der is 105, front is Ultegra SL
Shifters are currently the orginal Tiagra, but I've got a new set of Ultegras on the bench ready to go - I should mention that the Tiagras have been flawless, the Ultegras were picked up for killer deal so why not?
Brakes are Ultegra
Saddle is Bontrager RXL
Chris King headset and BB
Look Pedals
As pictured, it weighs in at 19.5 lbs, almost entirely from the wheel change.
It's basically a work in progress. Something goes, it gets an upgrade, you know...

Nice triple RCB. Basically the same as mine, with a few components swapped out. I do like it in white, though I would probably change the the bar tape to a white or black/white mix. Here is updated pic of mine.

My 05 steel Allez. Mods are FSA crank with a DA7900 BB, 105 pedals, Selle Italia Oktavia saddle, Ultegra hubs laced to 32h Mavic CXP33 rims 15g spokes, 12-26 SRAM cassette. This fall I put on some Robino Pro tires. No more upgrades are in the future unless due to wear and tear.

2010 Allez Sport double. Can't run anymore so getting back into biking and this is the most I can afford at this time. Seems like a nice ride but I haven't ridden anything else for 10 years so I really don't know squat about bikes :-( .
Stock with 105 pedals and Profile CGT bars.

Wow, that looks exactly like the Allez that I had, well, color scheme anyway. However did yours come with the 105, because according to Specialized's website (and from what I can remember from when I sold mine, it came with the Tiagra/Sora group, not 105s).
Still, it is a great bike. I definitely enjoyed/loved it while I had it

They still put sora on their bikes? Thought they switched to 105's.
