Ultimate descending technique

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Can you imagine flying down a mountain, in full tuck, and having this guy pass you?

talk about a full tuck
that part under the bridge seems like the road is flat. How is he maintaining speed?

wow!

It looks like he has to swerve to scrub off speed.

The roads there have to be perfect. Could you imagine what a bumpy road or a pothole would feel like...ouch!

Looks more like a tunnel to me. And tunnels can be as steep or steeper then any road. Impressive ride
