Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

New shoes/pedals

Well I just got back from my LBS with my first pair of shoes/pedals
I was originally planning on getting the Sidi Zeta's and the Look Keo Classics, however, I decided to spoil myself and go with the Sidi Genius 5.5 Lorica's
both the Zeta and the 5.5's are AWESOME shoes
they are way way more comfortable than any of the other shoes I tried on, it wasn't even close.
I cant wait to take them out on my next ride
after reading that a lot of people will fall down when they first start using clipless pedals because they forget that their feet are now attached to the bike, so I went around the block a few times to practice getting in and out, which leads my to my question
Is there any reason to not leave the release tension on the lowest setting?
