Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

My dad is a 'white socks guy.' Minimum of fancy gear, minimum of bravado, and always white crew socks. He's over 50, rides with guys half his age, and destroys them on climbs. I aspire to be half as awesome someday

I wore white Descente socks today on my ride. Glow-in-the-dark Orange Euskaltel jersey, Black Sidis.

What's the big deal anyway?
If you don't want to read it, don't click on it. Is it really that hard to press a mouse another time?

And you're not just saying....You ARE sayin'

I'm just sayin'
