that's a tough one. you got 95 and rt. 1, and unless you want to die you wouldn't take either of those. maybe a combination of some secondary roads in that area?

Your best bet is to buy the maps from "Rubel" and construct the route yourself. The Rubel maps show which roads are good for biking.
