Quad stretches

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Quad stretches

Well the rugby season has started again for me and I've been having problems with my quads, feeling like their not stretched well. Also the muscle on the inside of my leg at the top of my knee. Anyone got any good stretches for this area... Would be helpful on the bike as well.

here i am in action (in white on the left)

my favorite quad stretch has always been where you sit down with one leg under you, then lay back. Have you never done this one? it's kinda hard to explain in text but if you play sports you oughta know what i'm talking about.
