A:
1.) A USCF Cat 4 racing license
2.) A pulse
That is all.

But I have already procured way cool cycling socks. I like them. I will use the tube socks in the winter. Which starts around here in about 3 weeks.

I did cha-ching my USCF license in two mass start races this year botto. I finished one of them with the field, got shelled in the other, and almost got killed in both of them (35+ Spring Series in Central Park). I may race more next year if I feel my fitness might land me in some breakaway. Pcad does not want to pay entry fees and drive to races to be pack fodder or crash material. Been there, done that. Besides b, the Nyack Ride is more FUN than the races. Next time you're the NY area you'll have to give it a whirl. If you ride a 56cm or so I have a bike you can borrow even.

I only need one thing. An anonymous name on an internet bike forum behind which I can hide. BTW, I averaged 56 miles per hour and it's my first time ever on a bike.
