A PBK score, and I get to eat more...

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

A PBK score, and I get to eat more...

Just happened to check PBK's sale page for some reason today....stumbled onto some of my favorite team's bibs...the white FDJ ones. They only had one size in stock....my size too (OK, it might be a little big but that way I get to eat more to fit into them!) Awesome...now I have something to go with my favorite FDJ team jacket.

$44 bucks for decent bibs is a good thing.

That is all.

WORD..ma man.

46 and a 15+ mph north wind this morning for my ride.
YUK!

I should be buying new booties, since I see one of them is titally ripped open in the toe. But booties are dull....sexy, white-hot FDJ team bibs are hot!

Hey, if I can't ride as fast as recursive, at least I can look better than him!

White bibs are only meant to be worn by those with an even tan, less than 10% body fat, and muscular legs.

afaics you're 0 for 3.

If you attempt to wear white FDJ bibs in Wisconsin, you'd better have on a hi-viz orange hunting vest so you don't get mistaken for a white-tailed deer....

White bibs..... The HORROR!!!

Have you no balls?

Have you no flairr for style?

Have you no sense of adventure?

botto, you of all people should applaud my bold attempt at looking hot despite my age and capabilities on a bike.

Besides...where'd you come up with this?

3 trips to the Dolomites. When there's over 8,000 cyclists, it's easy to spot the multitude of fashion faux pas.

I guess I don't get it...I just see nothing wrong with that kit. It's my favorite on the tour.

Of course, now with the news about the Astana signings, I guess that color will be all the rage with the weekend wariors this coming season.

Eating sucks. I didn't have enough time to ride last week with my new job, and my trainer I ordered is taking forever to get here. I went from 156 to 161, in a week. My target weight for next race season is 145. Hurry up and get here trainer. I prefer to buy clothes smaller than that fit me, wishful thinking of my race weight. Good score though.

Slipstream, yo.

Zabriskie, Backstedt, Millar, Vande Velde.

Plus, young Taylor Phinney sports argyle on their developmental TIAA/CREF squad.
