Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Cervelo Soloist Carbon Post Weight Limit?

Just picked up a 2004 Cervelo Soloist Team which came with a carbon Cervélo seatpost.

Does this piece have a weight limit? I'm a big dude and was wondering if I need to trade for the Aluminum post instead.

Soooo... what's the weight limit?

thanks

I doubt there's a weight limit on the carbon post. As long as it's not pushing past the minimum insertion line, you should be fine. Their manual & knowledge base don't mention anything about rider weight limit, but you could always just email them for piece of mind.
