Advice pls on eBook by Fred Methany
Have you read "Off-Season Training for Roadies" by Fred Methany? Did you find it helpful? Was the training very complicated? I find some of Chris Carmichael's system too complicated to follow and I know that Methany based some of his training on the Carmichael system. If you've read Methany's book, please give me a review. Thanks.

Did you give it a read? I have the e-book at home and have read through the maybe 1/4 of it. That was a while ago, but I recall finding some of it a bit technical, but difinitely helpful.
