CSC: Do you know what CSC the company is?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Yeah, it's these guys: http://www.cscincusa.com/

Their new 9000 sq. ft. facility is most impressive.

Without looking, try and be honest about whether or not you know what CSC does.

Do you?

I worked for them for a few years. Unix systems administrator for a contract to the FAA.

It's Computer Sciences Corporation. Their headquarters in Mass.

I have worked for them for the last 3 years so I thought I'd check out the company store for some Team CSC schwag. No dice, I have to go to the Team CSC store, based in Europe (this becomes significant). But I get a cool employee discount. Jerseys for ~$40. Shipping > $40.

I always kind'a thought they were a spray-lube manufacturer. I knew they weren't, but that's what I always thought of.

CSC jersey beer bottle holder thingys, which will have a good use in my house!

Raffle for a signed CSC jersey that I would love to have, but only 15,000 other people probably entered the drawing. People in computer shows love to enter contests even if they don't know what they could win.

but they won't give me Sastre's bike:

Don't worry, these industry shows can easily burn out even the most hardened computer people.
