Performance Illuminite
I was looking at getting the performance illuminite jacket (not the commuter but the 59.99 one). The fit of the jacket was perfect for me, which is rare because i have a short torso and long arms, yes, like a woman, cept i lack the upper body physique... Anyways, anyone have this jacket or know anyone who does, does the reflective pattern work really well? I shined my cars headlights at it and it reflected pretty nicely.
I live in so-cal and the weather is into the 50's, so it's a nice thin shell i was looking at.
Thanks!

My wife has one. It does not work "really well"... at best I would say it works well enough. It never looks as bright as the photos in the catalog, and most of the 3M/ScotchLite reflective details on shoes, tights, or jerseys are considerably brighter. But it does look brighter than a conventional HiViz yellow windbreaker when it gets in the path of some hi-beams, so I guess it's decently safe.
