Cycling coaching on DVD??

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Cycling coaching on DVD??

I know there are a few DVD in the market that simulate roads, are used for spinning classes, etc, but was wondering if any of these actually have any teaching/instruction as to position/fitting, cadence, hrm training, stroke efficiency, etc. I guess what I want is something that is instructive without (or maybe in addition to) the bike on the trainer simulation part.

Is there such a thing in the market?
Arguing with ignorant people is an exercise in futility. They will bring you down to their level and once there they will beat you with their overwhelming experience.
