Blizzard proof jacket...
Ex Floridiot moved to mountains of NC. Hate cold... but refuse to stop riding. Can anyone suggest a crazy warm... almost too warm jacket?

Snowmobile suits. That's the Fred cold weather solution.

I can't wear my Voler thermal jacket in anything warmer than 27 degrees or I'll cook.
Hincapie also makes a killer thermal. |

i've got a PI Gavia Jacket that keeps me warm in (so far) 40F temps and dry. ask BikeWNC, he may be able to give you some suggestions.

Keeping your upper body warm in cold weather cycling doesn't require hi-tech expensive jackets. You simply need good quality undergarments (like Polartec) and intelligent layering. The tough part is keeping your toes and your willy warm. And the toes are really the ongoing challenge.

Go to BeyondClothing.com.
My cousin goes to school up in Alaska, and wears this: http://beyondclothing.com/customize/...sion-x-jacket/ when he goes ice climbing and mountaineering. He does some pretty serious *****. |
