Average Cadence

I can usually keep up a 90 RPM cadence for 2 hours on flat rides. Objective is to be ready for centuries this spring without serious impact and eventually competing in tri's. Will try Leinad's suggestions for a week or two and see what happens there.

Goals

In case you can't tell, I'm perplexed by this question. Why would you "spin" just to "spin"?

Thanks for the feedback - Goal is to ride further without injury and being able to maintain an acceptable speed for the type of ride it might be. I'll currently run a 20 mile ride using a average 90RPM spin in about 45min for a roughly 18MPH speed average.
