lol, that was funny.
but seriously, i've had the same problem w/ mine. its worse if you have new tires b/c they really stick to the drums, and if you change your line at all, they squeak. the only thing that has helped me is to use tires that have been used outside so they have a little dust and dirt on then. i've also tried using a very light amout of baby powder on the roller drums. i think that helps with the squeaking initially, but it wears off pretty quickly.

Try a set of noise cancelling ear buds when your working out. You wont hear a thing.

Some recommendations for quiet roller riding:
(1) any trace of a tread on the tyre will make for noisy roller riding, so use slicks
(2) make sure the tyres are clean, and that they're fitted correctly so that there are no "bumps" (use witness lines on the tyres)
(3) clean the rollers; and make sure they're smooth (cheaper rollers tend to have uneven spots or casting marks in their surfaces)
(4) lubricate bearings of rollers
(5) make sure rollers are level
(6) make sure rollers are adjusted to fit bike
er, um… that's it!

Tires are slick (check)
Tires clean with no bumps (check)
Brand new rollers machined, not casted (check)
Sealed bearings (check)
Level (check)
Front roller slightly ahead of front hub (check)
Squeaky (check)
Maybe I'll try a little more air in the tires
Oh yeah, I'm fat... 220

My tires make noise. I accept it as the nature of the machine and chose headphones as a way of blocking it out.
