looking for a pump...search not working
I'm looking for a hand pump, I don't need the best and/or most expensive I just need something that works and that I can clamp on my bike.

Bike ≠ Car ≠ Ped.
Anything with a flip-out foot stand, hose, and rotatable T-handle. I have a Serfas that does this, and people here often mention the Topeak Road Morph, too. It's almost like having a floor pump but without the bulk. The hose ensures that your pumping motion won't yank on the tube stem very much, and the T-handle/foot peg combination lets you put some oomph behind it.
Serfas:

I've heard good reviews about this one, too:

What's your bike? Some bikes are small size with sloping down tube. This leaves very little room for the pump. Hand pumps as you call it can mean the way you pump it. The Topeak works like a floor pump, not like a hand pump. By hand pump I mean the pumping action is mostly forearm muscles. This doesn't make it easy to apply high pressure like 100 psi.

get the hurricane micro mini from performance. does both schrader and presta (you reverse the internals). Small and the clamp holder is strong. I have like 5 of them and have bought a few for others.
Performance right now is selling them for $8 online. Cheapest I've seen them is $7. Most of the time they sell them at $13, with that $8 price coming back temporarily every 2-3 months.

This one gets great reviews. The clamp did not hold the pump, bad design. Get a bikeblock or Zefal Doodad Plus or Velco strap.

I like my topeak road morph, it has foot stand that unlatches and a gauge as well. I frequently get compliments when others use my pump to fix a flat.

My pump came with those plastic ties and velcro....can't think of the name of them to save my life...and it is firmly attached to the underside of my top tube. I didn't even mention my favorite feature of the topeak road morph...it's the hose. I fear snapping off the valve stem without one.

I recommend these pumps without hesitation whenever I stop to help out a fellow cyclist that only have 2 empty CO2 cartridges and is on their third flat of the day.

As everyone stated, Topeak Road Morph or the Zefal HPX. Stay away from Blackburn, lower end Planet Bike, and Barbieri.
For mounting the Road Morph on your seat tube waterbottle bosses, use this
It's a Hurricane ATB pump mount, from Performance.

I have owned one of those big Zefals, a road morph, and a basic blackburn. In my opinion the road morph wins hands down.
Zefal: Simple, little to break. Easy to get to high pressure, but a big pump like that can make it easy to break off a valve stem, which I did once.
Road morph: Small, shows PSI, basically works like a miniature floor pump. Surprisingly easy to get to high pressure; small, but you get good leverage. it does have lot sof parts so I guess it could be easier to break... I broke mine by stepping on the valve head, which probably could have broken any pump.
Blackburn. Works like the Zefal but is about the same size a the topeak. It's only advantage is weight and I like the mount that attaches underneath a bottle cage. It is a huge pain in the ass to get up to any kind of decent pressure.

I've got both the Quicker Pro and the Road Morph. The Quicker does seem to pump easier, but both have no problems pumping up a road tire. As dekindy notes above, the strap that holds the pump to the frame sucks. I also really like the hose on the Road Morph.
As such, the Road Morph has found its way onto the Road bike and the Quicker is stored in the trailer for when I ride with the family.
However, both are solid choices.
