Broken Toe
 

OKay does anyone know how much a broken toe might effect my riding. I broke it yesterday and have not tried getting on the bike yet. From the toe that is broken (middle) I don't think it should effect me that much. Any thoughts?

As long as it is well aligned, place a small piece of gauze between it and the next larger toe. Then tape the two together to act like a splint..

Cycle to tolerance...

Ice and anti-inflammatories will help with the pain...

Cycling, a mid-stance activity, with little to no bending of the digits should not cause much delay of the healing...
