Anyone use TrainingPeaks or other Online Training?
 

Last year I paid a friend who is a cycling coach to develop a training plan for me. This year I thought I'd go it alone and develop my own training plan. So far I feel kind of lost.

Another friend of mine is using TrainingPeaks.com. Does anyone here have experience with this site or any others (Carmichael, Cyclo-Core, etc.)?

most use trainingpeaks wko (used to be cyclingpeaks) check in the race forum, specifically the guys that post in the training status thread.

i use trainingpeaks.com...my coach does up the plan and puts it in there for me to view, and then download sessions to.
