Zipp VumaQuad BB Question...

Does anyone know if there's a place out there that has the Italian (70) ceramic BB for the 2008 Zipp VumaQuad. My lbs has the complete set but with the English BB. From my searches, I can't find an Italian ceramic BB anywhere:( THANKS!
