I routinely ride my road bicycle 70-110 miles at a clip. Typically a ride that long each week, most of the year. Perfectly comfortable. If you want to be on your bike longer than that, take the car.

Recumbents. God help us. We talk about Zipp wheels here, not Zipp fairings.
