Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Quality eBay advertising... *whistle*

Anybody see this auction? In particular, the photos?

Reminds me of another seller (elmo I think?) who always goes to great lengths to do the same for all of his bikes.

https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=320218472801
(and no this is not my auction)

She really needs a tan. Otherwise, I agree; good ad.

I think this is an even better one liner:
"statistically, you have a 2.6% chance of being on the podium of the Tour de France with this wheel"

His write-up for the frame (see seller's other auctions) is pretty well written, as well!

Ebay should ban recognizable faces of people. It's just bad form. Tacky, too!

Some of us guys actually have realistic expectations. Plus there are those who do fit in the category of "I'd ride that"
