Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

R900, a proven and trusted seller

I looked in the sales forums and didn't see a spot for this, and since I can't post new threads on there I figured I'd put it here.

I recently purchased an '06 Trek 1000 from R900 and it arrived in perfect condition and was shipped out within 24 hours of payment (on a Saturday to boot!) and he was even willing to wait a week for payment while I waited for my tax return. This is especially impressive since he went to a bike show the weekend before I sent my payment and agreed to not sell the bike and stuck to his work (despite selling the rest).

If anybody is interested in purchasing a bike from him in the future I can vouch for his reliability.

Maybe they should have a trader rating on the forum. A forum I used to moderate added that feature when it had a problem with scammers.

Actually....I've always thought that an auction area would be a cool addition to BF. Strictly bike stuff. Maybe someday.

I'm pretty sure ebay has that covered.

Yeah, but BF wouldn't charge as much in listing fees and final value fees, and then make you bend over some more when you get paid through paypal.
