My indoor training regime
7:00 AM...get out of bed
7:00:01 AM...rip a good fart
7:01 AM...pour cup of coffee
7:02 AM...check BF
7:03 AM...check email
7:04 AM...check BF
7:05 AM...start Pandora
7:06 AM...check BF
7:07 AM...take dump
7:30 AM...check BF
7:31 AM...look out window
....................
8:00 AM..hit the elliptical for 30 minutes then shower and off to the ski slopes.
You get the picture.
7:00:01 AM...rip a good fart

7:04 AM...check BF

Some suggestions.
- fart in bed from now on
- get a laptop so you can check BF while taking a dump
- aim the elliptical toward the window

geez, 6 minutes from coffee to dump doesn't give you much time to enjoy your coffee.
