Props to LOOK customer service
the other day while cleaning my rain soaked LOOK 565 i noticed these small cracks around the seat tube just under the collar. it looks as though the internal seatpost sleeve is de-laming from the seat tube.
anyway, i fire off an email to LOOK USA.com and get a response within hours requesting pics. Couple hours later i receive an email telling me the frame should definitely not be doing that and to take it to my local dealer to immediately start the warranty process.
I love the frame and it seems like a fluke thing, but they have been so on it and responsive it's pretty amazing.
in case you're considering a LOOK, feel good knowing they'll back you up.
