buying a single speed
 

hi all, wondering if you could help. i'm upgrading from a lemond fillmore i've been riding for about 3 years now. i'm focussed on the de rosa neo primato (i know about the dropouts but i've spoken with derosa) or an independent fab. second tier i'm thinking mercian (not that this is a second tier bike, but just for me). any opinions welcome. how do the indy fabs ride? it'd be the steel crown jewel of course, it's all i can afford.
