I use Aztec Powerlines. They have a Teflon coated inner cable sleeve that makes it possible to have zero exposed cables.

That's an interesting design... most frames nowadays use a plastic guide piece that sits under the bottom bracket, like this:

Couldn't you just use pieces of housing?

I happily ripped mine out this winter. Utterly sucktacular in winter when you need that feature most. Water vapor condensed and froze the cables in sub-zero conditions.

Bottom bracket cable sleeve. Available by the foot at the service counter of finer LBS's everywhere.

+1...but when I was looking for it, the kids at my normal LBS didn't know what it was and I had to go down the street...where they just gave me a foot.

While I haven't been looking at new bikes for a while, I suspect a lot of them are coming out with the little plastic guides like the one pictured above. I know my current giant has that and so did the specialized I rode before.

yes, true, but whenever i see them mounted on the cables underneath the bb's, they weren't always your standard dérailleur cable sleeve, it's more often than not a dedicated item, which led me on a wild goose chase.
