Shimano SPD-SL Road Cleats
I have a pair of road shoes which use the Shimano SPD-SL cleats. Other than using on them on the Shimano pedals, are the SPD-SL cleats compatible with the Look pedals ? Particular the Look Keo Sprint.
Just want to try something different without having to purchase another pair of shoes.
BTW, I'm currently using the Shimano 6620 pedals.

because I'm planning to build another bike ... and deciding on which new pedals to get which is compatible with the current cleats on the shoes (1-pair). Thanks for the reply. I'll stay on Shimano unless I get another pair of shoes.

Just keep 1 set of shoes and the same brand/type of pedals. I don't know why you'd want different things on all your bikes, other than if something's an MTB or commuter where you'd want spds or something like that.

Can't you just bolt the Look cleats onto the Shimano shoes? I briefly rode a friend's bike that had Look pedals (don't know specific model) wearing my Shimano SPD-SL shoes and cleats and was able to clip in and out with no problems.

Not if you want to stay clipped in doing 60kph+ sprints. The 105 pedals themselves are only $55.
