Is this a good bike. In terms of the Frame stiffness, running Ultegra and a Shimano Wheelset R550

I bought one last year and haven't regretted it after +3000 miles. It's a great entry-level road bike to ride until you know enough about your riding style that you can upgrade to a better fit.
