Carbon bike offered by Pro Bike Kit?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Carbon bike offered by Pro Bike Kit?

Anyone know anything about these bikes being offered by PBK?

https://probikekit.com/display.php?code=J1073

Seems like a pretty good deal for $2200.

A carbon frame from an unknown manufacturer with a mystery warranty period?

I wouldn't get one for $100.

Probably comes from the same factory as all the ``low end'' CF frames from the big name manufacturers, made by the same workers, using the same materials.

So putting Cervelo or Specialized or Trek on the downtube would cement your decision?

So. Unless you buy it in the UK and bring it to the US... this thread is pointless.

Don't forget that bikeforums is not only used by people the USA, so the original question may be relevant to others!

No. Knowing who made it and their reputation for quality and service as well as their warranty would cement my decision.

Look here for a review. In short, excellent bike. The review is from Cycling Plus, the UK's best cycle magazine.
